Water Person Jimmy Von Hubertz, born in 1959, grew up on Long Island, NY. Seemingly always surrounded by water, moved to Sarasota, FL 30 years ago. Jimmy has lived on Longboat Key, Lido Key, and Currently lives on Siesta Key.

Fun loving with a strong work ethic, Jimmy opened the Fish House in 2000.

Hobbies include: fishing, boating, and scuba diving.
